1. 목적 및 서비스
본 약관은 Cozelsil Studio(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 Tempad의 이용 조건과 개발자 및 사용자의 권리·의무를 안내합니다. Tempad는 빠르고 간단하게 임시 메모를 작성하는 앱이며, 로그인이나 계정 가입이 필요하지 않습니다.
2. 적법한 이용
사용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 앱을 이용해야 합니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용 작성, 불법적인 이용, 앱의 정상 작동을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 메모에 대한 권리
사용자가 작성한 메모에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 귀속되며, 개발자는 메모의 소유권을 취득하지 않습니다. 사용자는 작성하는 내용에 필요한 권리를 확보하고 해당 내용을 관리해야 합니다.
4. 앱의 지적재산권
Tempad의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표 등 앱 자체의 지적재산권은 개발자 또는 해당 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 앱의 기능을 적법하게 이용할 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 권리자의 허락 없이 앱을 복제·배포하거나 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 데이터 보관 및 복구의 한계
메모는 사용자 기기에서 로컬로 처리되며 개발자의 서비스 서버에 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다. Tempad는 중요한 정보의 영구 보관을 보장하지 않습니다. 기기 문제, 앱 데이터 변경 또는 기타 상황으로 메모가 손실될 수 있으므로 중요한 내용은 별도로 보관해 주세요.
개발자는 서버에 메모 사본을 보관하지 않으므로 사용자의 메모를 열람하거나 대신 삭제하거나 복구할 수 없습니다. 데이터 처리에 대한 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
본 약관은 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임을 배제하지 않으며, 관련 법령에 따라 보장되는 사용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
6. 서비스 및 약관 변경
개발자는 기능 개선이나 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 앱의 기능 또는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 서비스의 중요한 변경·중단이나 약관의 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱 또는 이 웹페이지를 통해 내용과 시행일을 공지합니다. 관련 법령이 별도의 절차를 요구하는 경우 그 절차를 따릅니다.
7. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 절차로 해결합니다. 사용자에게 적용되는 강행 법규상의 권리는 유지됩니다.

1. Purpose and Service
These Terms explain the conditions for using Tempad and the rights and obligations of Cozelsil Studio (the “Developer”) and users. Tempad is an app for writing quick, simple, temporary notes. No login or account is required.
2. Lawful Use
Use the app in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Do not create content that infringes others' rights, use the app for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Rights to Your Notes
Rights to notes you create remain with you. The Developer does not acquire ownership of your notes. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you write and for managing that content.
4. Intellectual Property in the App
Intellectual property rights in Tempad itself, including its software, design, and trademarks, belong to the Developer or the respective rights holders. You may lawfully use the app's features. Except where permitted by applicable law, do not copy or distribute the app without the rights holder's permission or infringe those rights.
5. Limits on Data Retention and Recovery
Notes are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on the Developer's service servers. Tempad does not guarantee permanent storage of important information. Device problems, changes to app data, or other circumstances may cause notes to be lost. Keep a separate copy of important information.
Because the Developer keeps no server copies of notes, the Developer cannot view, delete on your behalf, or recover your notes. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
These Terms do not exclude the Developer's liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence and do not limit user rights guaranteed by applicable law.
6. Changes to the Service and Terms
The Developer may change app features or these Terms to improve features or meet operational or technical needs. Material changes to or discontinuation of the service, and material changes to these Terms, will be announced with their effective date in the app or on this webpage before they take effect. Any additional procedures required by applicable law will be followed.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Your rights under mandatory laws that apply to you remain in effect.
