1. 앱의 개인정보 및 민감정보 수집

Tempad는 개인정보 및 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 로그인이나 계정 가입을 요구하지 않습니다. 사용자가 작성한 메모는 메모 기능 제공을 위해 사용자 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다. 메모에 개인정보가 포함되어 있어도 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 메모의 로컬 처리 및 보관

메모는 기기에 로컬로 저장·처리되며, 개발자의 서비스 서버로 전송되거나 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 개발자는 서버에 메모 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.

메모의 보관 상태는 앱 이용과 기기 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 내용은 별도로 보관해 주세요.

3. 앱 데이터의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개발자는 Tempad의 메모 등 앱 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 앱 데이터 처리를 외부에 위탁하지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 관리 및 이용자 권리

기기에 저장된 메모는 사용자가 기기에서 직접 관리합니다. 개발자가 서버에 보관하는 메모가 없으므로 개발자는 사용자의 메모를 열람하거나 대신 삭제하거나 복구할 수 없습니다.

데이터 처리에 관한 문의나 이메일 문의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 jujin@jujin.kim으로 보내 주세요. 요청은 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

5. 사용자가 직접 보내는 이메일 문의

사용자가 개발자에게 이메일을 보내면, 사용자가 제공한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변 및 관련 문의 대응 목적으로 처리됩니다. 이는 앱이 자동으로 수집하는 데이터와 별개입니다. 답변에 필요하지 않은 민감정보나 메모 내용은 보내지 마세요.

문의 정보는 답변 및 후속 대응에 필요한 동안만 보관하며, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 법령이 요구하는 기간 동안 보관합니다. 이메일의 전달·보관에는 사용한 이메일 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

6. 안전한 데이터 처리

앱의 메모 처리는 기기 내에서 이루어지며 기기 운영체제의 보안 기능을 따릅니다. 기기 접근 및 보안 설정은 사용자가 관리해 주세요. 개발자는 이메일 문의 정보에 대한 접근을 문의 대응에 필요한 범위로 제한합니다.

7. 방침 변경 및 문의

앱의 데이터 처리 방식이나 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱 또는 이 웹페이지를 통해 변경 내용과 시행일을 공지합니다.

1. Personal and Sensitive Data Collection in the App

Tempad does not collect personal or sensitive data and does not require login or an account. Notes you write are processed only on your device to provide the note-taking features. Even if a note contains personal information, it is not transmitted to the Developer.

2. Local Processing and Retention of Notes

Notes are stored and processed locally on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on the Developer's service servers. The Developer does not keep server copies of your notes.

The availability of notes may depend on how you use the app and on your device environment. Keep a separate copy of important information.

3. No Sharing or Outsourcing of App Data

The Developer does not share Tempad app data, including notes, with third parties and does not outsource the processing of app data.

4. Data Management and Your Rights

You manage notes stored on your device directly on that device. Because the Developer holds no notes on servers, the Developer cannot view, delete on your behalf, or recover your notes.

For questions about data handling or requests to access, correct, or delete information you provided in an email inquiry, contact jujin@jujin.kim. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Email Inquiries You Send Directly

If you email the Developer, the email address and inquiry content you provide are processed to reply and handle related inquiries. This is separate from data automatically collected by the app. Do not send sensitive information or note content that is unnecessary for a reply.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to reply and handle follow-up questions, then deleted when no longer needed. If retention is required by law, it is kept for the legally required period. Email delivery and storage are subject to the policies of the email services used.

6. Secure Data Handling

Notes are processed on your device using the operating system's security features. Please manage access to your device and its security settings. The Developer limits access to email inquiry information to what is needed to handle inquiries.

7. Policy Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated if the app's data handling or applicable law changes. Material changes and their effective date will be announced in the app or on this webpage before they take effect.
