이용 약관 (Frequaw)

1. 목적

본 약관은 Cozelsil Studio(“서비스 제공자”)가 제공하는 Frequaw 서비스(“서비스”)의 이용 조건과 권리·의무를 규정합니다.

2. 이용 계약

사용자가 서비스를 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 서비스 제공자는 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 내용 및 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 사용자 책임

• 법령 및 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
• 부정 사용, 리버스 엔지니어링 등 금지 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 지적 재산권

서비스와 관련된 모든 저작권 및 지적재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속되며, 사용자는 비상업적·개인적 용도로만 이용할 수 있습니다.

5. 보증의 부인 및 책임의 한계

서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 서비스의 정확성·연속성·무오류성을 보증하지 않으며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 직접·간접 손해에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단

서비스 제공자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 사전 또는 사후에 공지합니다.

7. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 절차로 해결합니다.

약관이 개정되는 경우 앱 내 고지 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다.
