개인정보 처리방침 (Frequaw)

Cozelsil Studio(이하 “서비스 제공자”)는 Frequaw 서비스 제공을 위해 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

Frequaw는 계정 가입이 없으며, 서버로 개인정보를 전송·저장하지 않습니다. 앱의 기능 수행을 위해 단말기 내에서 다음 정보가 로컬에서만 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 앱 사용 기록(Usage Access) 관련 정보: 자주 사용하는 앱을 계산하기 위해 사용됩니다. 이 정보는 기기 내에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 접근성 서비스(선택) 관련 정보: 실시간 위젯 갱신을 위해 포그라운드 앱 전환 및 홈 런처 변경 여부를 감지하는 데 사용됩니다. 설정에서 언제든 켜거나 끌 수 있으며, 꺼도 앱은 정상 작동합니다(위젯은 30분 주기로 자동 갱신). 이 정보 역시 기기 내에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 처리 목적 및 보관

수집·처리되는 정보는 자주 사용하는 앱 목록 제공 등 핵심 기능 구현을 위해서만 사용되며, 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 단말기에서 앱을 삭제하면 관련 정보는 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 운영체제의 자동 백업 기능을 사용하는 경우, 관련 정보가 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있으며 이 경우 Google의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

서비스 제공자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 외부에 위탁하지 않습니다.

앱은 인앱 리뷰, 오픈소스 라이선스 표시 등의 기능을 위해 Google Play 서비스 구성요소를 사용하며, 이 구성요소의 데이터 처리에는 Google의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

4. 이용자 권리

개인정보가 서버에 저장되지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 주로 단말기 내 설정(예: 사용 기록 권한 해제, 앱 삭제)을 통해 처리됩니다. 문의는 jk@jujin.kim으로 연락해 주세요.

5. 안전성 확보 조치

앱은 최소한의 권한만을 사용하며, 처리 정보는 단말기 내에서만 사용됩니다. 운영체제 보안 기능(권한 관리 등)을 준수합니다.

6. 권한 안내

• 사용 접근 권한(Usage Access): 자주 사용하는 앱 계산 기능에 필요합니다. 설정에서 언제든지 변경/철회할 수 있습니다.
• 접근성 서비스(선택): 실시간 위젯 갱신 기능에만 사용되며, 설정에서 언제든지 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 켜지 않아도 앱의 핵심 기능은 정상 동작합니다.

7. 정책 변경

관련 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 본 방침이 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 고지 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다.

Cozelsil Studio (the “Service Provider”) complies with applicable privacy laws and processes personal information for the purpose of providing the Frequaw service as described below.

1. Information We Process

Frequaw does not require account sign‑up and does not transmit or store personal information on servers. To provide core features, the following information may be processed on‑device only:

• Usage access information: used to determine frequently used apps. This information is processed on your device and is not transmitted externally.
• Accessibility Service (optional) information: used to detect foreground app switches and home-launcher changes for faster widget updates. This can be turned on or off anytime in system settings; the app works normally without it (the widget still refreshes automatically every 30 minutes). This information is also processed on-device only and is not transmitted externally.

2. Purpose and Retention

Information is used only to provide the list of frequently used apps and other core features. No server storage is used. When you uninstall the app, related information is removed from your device. However, if the device's automatic OS backup feature is used, related information may be included in the user's own Google Account backup, in which case Google's privacy policy applies.

3. No Sharing or Outsourcing

The Service Provider does not provide personal information to third parties and does not outsource its processing.

The app uses Google Play services components (e.g., in-app review, open-source license display), and data processing by these components is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

4. Your Rights

Because information is not stored on servers, requests to access, correct, or delete data are primarily handled via your device settings (e.g., revoke Usage Access permission, uninstall). For inquiries, contact jk@jujin.kim.

5. Security Measures

Frequaw follows the principle of least privilege and relies on OS security features (e.g., permission controls). Processing occurs on‑device wherever possible.

6. Permissions

• Usage Access: required to calculate frequently used apps. You can change or revoke this in system settings at any time.
• Accessibility Service (optional): used only for the real-time widget update feature. You can enable or disable it anytime in system settings; core app functionality works normally without it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Updates will be announced in‑app or on the website.
